Most Posts & Comments are Negative
Posts and comments were classified as either positive, negative, or neutral using a fine-tuned RoBERTa model. Although both the posts and comments were majority negative, comments had a higher proportion of neutral and positive sentiments compared to posts.
Lots of Complaints Made and Questions Asked
In addition to classifying posts as positive, neutral or negative, each post and comment was also classified as either questions, information or advice, complaints, praises, or discussions. From this analysis, it was found that posts were dominated by complaints, which aligns with the finding of majority negative posts, followed by questions and information. Similarly, the top 3 categories in the comments included questions, complaints, and information.
